Stolen gamertag

Hello Xbox ambassadors, my Xbox account was hacked and the hacker souly hacked my account for my gamertag. It is proven that the gamertag is mine from the clips on my drive and that the gamertag was in fact changed in a different state. With that said, I contacted
a xbox manager about this. I have been speaking to him via email. After everything was proven, he escalated the case and then made me create side email so that everything from my account old account would be transferred to that account INCLUDING my stolen
gamertag @Sling and all my games, gamer score etc. So all in all, it was like nothing ever happened. He emailed me, which I still have the email saying, " your case has been escalated and approved, just sign into the email you created before and everyhting
will be transfered including your desired gamertag that was stolen." I made sure with him with him before I tried to sign in and that all problems have been fixed, he said yes, you're all set. I have all the emails and lies documented. Long story short, I signed
in to that email and nothing happened, it was just a brand new account with nothing on it. So, I called xbox support and spoke to a specialist with my case number of #[Mod Removed]for 2 hours and he gave me nothing, as usual and told me to post a forum to
the ambassadors and said "they can help me with this problem and fix it because they are higher than I am". So thus far, I have had my time wasted, I have been completely lied to by an xbox manager via email, gamertag stolen and now I am here on my last string
to retrieve what was mine. If not, I will happily switch to PS4 because no one deserves to go through all this mess and hard ache without a resolution. The xbox managers name is Jhonjon. All I want is my gamertag @Sling back from the xbox theif and rule breaker
and if you guys are as strict and out for justice as you sat you are than this should be a no brainer and not a problem. I will be happy to play on xbox again if what was once mine that was wrongfully taken, is returned.

gamertag stolen

Hi friends here is my problem:

Somehow my mail is linked to an other gamertag

My original gamertag isFacu feg and my mail is linked to the gamertag and is
[REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID]

Since someone hacked my account my email is linked to a gamertag that is not mine and obviously does not have xbox live gold called

What can i do? help please i spend a lot of money for xboxlive gold

It's the only way you're going to get your account back at this point. Change all your passwords while you're at it.

 

Ambassadors are not employees of Microsoft so we cannot be any higher than who you spoke to. We are just fellow gamers like yourself who volunteer our time to help others. Unfortunately, you will need to continue working with support for help with this issue.

 

Xbox is a bunch of idiots my guy, I'm done with this stupid company, alwyays something. Selling my xbox on letgo and getting my beautiful PS4 and lying.
