    Hello welcome to the forums, the first step its contact the police, after that change all the passwords on all the xbox live account that you have on that device.

    Keep in mind that Xbox Customer Support may not be able to assist you if you attempt to contact them directly in regards to your console, as they do not have the necessary tools to effectively assist you with locating your stolen console.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

    It has someone has changed the name on the system but i think they removed it from my account to but it still linked to Microsoft store
