No you did exactly what you should have. If someone has access to your card they can use it how they want. So you always have to call the bank first to make sure no more funds come out of your account. make sure you tell them its fraudulent activity. After
that is done you can
Contact us so we can see if we can track the card, we can remove it permanently from the system.

Somebody stole my credit card number from my XBox Live account and made some orders(over 100€)

It is sunday so i cant reach my local support. I have shut down my card but is there anything else i should do?

It is NOT possible for anyone yo take your number fromnyiur ms account

Especialy how the creditcard works

In order to add a creditcard to any online account they need to have physical access to your card for two reasons

One at no pojint is your card number ever shown via your xbox account they only see the last four digits

2 and the big one

They need the three digit code on the back of your card which is not listed anywhere on your ms account or xbox account period

Try adding the same card with 4 last digits and no security code even your bamk will tell you this it is a big NO

This is not me someone has stolen my xbox and trying to reset it.

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.
