stolen account.

My son's account was hacked and stolen about 5 days ago called xbox operators to fix the problem but was asked to report it through this forum. My son has a new account but I as his mother is asking for his last account to be recovered or at leased deleted
permanently and for those involved in taking something that clearly is NOT theirs to be band or fined from there actions so that it doesn't happen to anyone.

Account stolen

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

 

How to hack any account

Bro, why would you put something like this up? There are already enough accounts being stolen on Xbox Live as it is. Why give a reason to add to it? Just think about if it was your account that someone did this with.

Have you tried the support area of the website? (the support button up the top of the page). There's chat with someone & contact buttons there.

Just some friendly advice: be careful giving out any email addresses on the net, it's not a safe place and there are a lot of people who would enjoy spamming and/or sending trash to your son's email.

Also it might be a good idea to change his password regularly and (don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you how to be a parent) keep an eye on what he does online... I don't know how old he is, but most kids are pretty easy to trick into giving out private
information (account passwords, for example).
