Stolen account

A few weeks ago I called into customer service telling them that my account was stolen. My gamertag was taken from me. Someone had gone in and changed my email address and all of my security questions.

I've been having problems the night before getting signed in but didn't think too much of it. The following afternoon I tried to sign in and it said that my email address didn't exist . And a new email address had popped up it's
place. That was when I talked to Nicole at customer service. She told me that someone had gone in and changed everything and that I'd had this gamertag for quite some time . I was currently at work so that I couldn't get her all of it that she needed but
she told me that she would call me back at 5 that night . So I got off work a little early so that I could get home at 5 to give her the information but she never called . I waited two more days will still no phone call and called back customer service
. This time a different lady wasn't understanding. She kept telling me to check the email address and I told her that my email address doesn't exist anymore someone is changed it . It took quite some time for her to understand what I was trying to say .
I was just calling to give someone my missing information so that I could get my account recovered. After about 15 minutes said she saw my work ticket and assured me that Nicole would call me later that night. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I had cold in a third
time and a Gentleman seem to understand right away what I was trying to say. He said that Microsoft has a high volume of calls and I completely understand that. However every time I call I shouldn't be assured that Nicole will call me back the same day. I
asked this gentleman if I could give him the missing information so that he could put it on the work ticket so that it can get escalated but he said that it had to be whoever opened the ticket takes information. He couldnt do it. Since then I had to make a
brand new gamertag with a brand new email address and password just so I could get this posted in an attempt for someone to give me my original gamertag back. It feels like I've lost all of my games, my bank account information, and my 15 years worth of achievements
and there's no way for me to get it back... it's just gone and there's nothing I can do about it. I would think Xbox would take this little bit more seriously because of my all of my bank account information has just been given away

Account stolen

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

 

How to hack any account

Bro, why would you put something like this up? There are already enough accounts being stolen on Xbox Live as it is. Why give a reason to add to it? Just think about if it was your account that someone did this with.

 

Unfortunately the only thing you can do is contact xbox support back and talk to a supervisor at this point there is no one here in the public forums that can help you with your situation.
