Stolen Account, No Solution?

I've called and talked to Microsoft employees about 10 times, each giving steps that lead to the same result. Basically I'm trying to recover a old account that someone changed my info on. I sold my Xbox 360 a while back to a friend (just now bought a xbox
one), who is now at basic training in the military, apparently he changed my info without telling me and didn't write the password down. I got a hold of him and he gave me 4 passwords that might work, none did. He then did not help anymore. He changed his
number that is associated with the account (got a new phone), and forgot the password. So that number will not receive any security code. He changed the info, without asking or writing it down, so now I'm in a difficult position on recovering the account back.
If i try to fill out his emails security questions that doesn't work either, its his security questions not mine. If the email was still the same as it was previously, I could answer my security questions, but that's not gonna happen due to him changing all
my account info. So I would like to know if there is a way to report account theft. If someone changes you account info without permission, wouldn't that be theft? I would really like to get my account back. I can try to answer questions to the best of my
knowledge, but due to him changing the info I might not know all the info. I can still get a hold of his parents and brother, but they don't know anything either (already asked). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Account stolen

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

 

How to hack any account

Bro, why would you put something like this up? There are already enough accounts being stolen on Xbox Live as it is. Why give a reason to add to it? Just think about if it was your account that someone did this with.

 

well this is a public forum anybody can see your post and your email it is best to remove it . also you cannot call out tags here you will just have to keep working with support but if you cannot provide enough proof that you are the original account holder
they will not be able to help you. as they could think that you are some user trying to get into another users account sorry.

 

you only have a limited time to do so before you cant I alerted a mod so they can come in and edit your post for you.

 

Call phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket. Also, I think you should be dealing with your friend a little bit more here. Especially if you had paid content on that account.

Remember, you are responsible for your account at all times. If you sold your console and neglected to remove the tag then you leave yourself open to this kind of action.
