Sting preorder code not working.

So I did the pre-order thru game stop and got my code for the game and the sting dlc code. When I entered the game code out put the $65 I paid on my account so I can download it. I put the code in for sting and it says it can't find my code. Anyone else
have this issue?

I can't seem to find my preordered sting character on XB1. The code has been accepted and downloaded, but sting is not listed on the roster. Anyone know where to look?Thanks.

 

Accelarator sting and hogan not working

Sting and Hogan DLC has begun downloading to people that have had the issues with the DLC not working. so you should go check your games now, its all over the 2K forums that its working now.

 

I preorded off the dash and IT did not give me sting ... WTF

 

I got the deluxe digital from the 1 xbox marcket place my sting hogan and accelarator not working in game but it says they are on harddrive then i uninstalled sting and hogan and now there is no install option at marketplace just pin this hole digital download
process blows please help us microsoft

 

Same here deleted install to try to get it to work. Now I can't reinstall it and its asking me to repurchase the digital deluxe edition.

i am getting the exact same thing, pre-ordered from gamestop, have the code, and my XB1 is saying that it cant find my code. Help!

This is a 2K15 issue. It is happening regardless of purchase channel. Everyone will need to report this to 2K15.

 

Alright Sting and Hogan both have started downloading to consoles finally, I just got my Sting DLC like an hour ago, had to exit out of the game and go back into, so you guys should be seeing them shortly if not already..

 

Got my DLC downloads, but now it's saying I have to purchase Season Pass? I have faith it'll be fixed, but if not, I don't mind paying for it again.

 

I just tried using my sting code and nothing was having issue with hogan also but managed to get him already got pass as GameStop code for it worked no problem. I wouldn't repurchase again if not fixed thing compensation should be awarded.
