PS THIS IS MY BAD ACCOUNT THAT I STILL REMEMBER THE PASSWORD FOR SO SO I CAN STILLL SIGN INTO THIS WEBSTIE YOU PROBOLY DONT SEE MY THINGS LIKE MY GAMERSCORE WHICH WAS IS LIKE20000 ON MY GOOD ACCOUNT SO I WAS RELLY FREAKED OUT

 

Can't sign in to my account

Hello

I am having trouble signing in to my account in the xbox one S. Every time I select my account it will just have a green circle on screen as if it's loading and will not go any further.

I have already logged in once before and started to download some games but next day went back on to check download % and will not let me log in.

Not sure if I'm being stupid or if the xbox is faulty.

power cycle your XB1 hold down power button till it turns off

 

Hold your power button until it turns off, unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds, plug back in, start the system by pressing power button.

Let us know if you're good.

I just played Titanfall for 1-1/2 hours, no problems at all.

 

All I did this morning was hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds and waited untill the light on the power brick turned orange. Then turned the system back on using the controller and it worked.

 

I agree with above. I guess most of the issues were actually resolved late last night but unless you hard reset it wouldn't work. I tried it after seeing somebody post it around 11:30pm and it worked like at charm! Give it a shot!!

 

Why don't Microsoft just put a big *** image of a restart button on their home page. It seems to me a lot of problems are solved that way..

 

I had this last night and today i turned it all off even my net. also iv noticed ghosts and bf4 is very laggy today
