    Still wrong


    So once again I need to highlight that my balance for MyVIP level is wrong.

    As of 21/11/2016 I’m 71% of the way to my next star, so according to the way this is displayed this would indicate I have spent £426 (see below) since 01/09/2015 (reset date) and need to spend a further £174 to reach the 3 star level.

    Tier 3 star UK Threshold £600, so £600 * 0.71 = £426

    However having gone through all my transactions since 01/09/15 I have actually spent £502.58 so I should be 83.76% to my next star and only need to spend £97.42!

    Obviously something has gone wrong again can someone please explain and correct this!

    Tenure still wrong

    My xbox live tenure is still incorrect it says one when it should be 2 when can i expect a working fix

    Tenure still wrong.

    My tenure was a 3 last year. I noticed that this year it has changed to a 2, and it still hasn't been fixed, and from my understanding I should have a 4 now.

    Prior to August 31st, we only calculated pre-tax spending for GBP spending. After receiving user feedback that this setup was confusing for this region, we adjusted our offers, terms, and FAQ in September to reduce confusion for members in that region, and
    now state that we will calculate purchases on an after tax amount. Your purchases from September 1st, 2015 to August 31st, 2015 equal approximately £429.91. Your purchases in September 2016 onward equate to approximately £117.51. Adding these together, you
    get £429.91. 429.91/600 = .71.

    Have you checked the sticky? When did you first notice this change? If the change was noticed after 1/25 then it is correct to post a topic, otherwise keep your eyes peeled on the sticky. Also, if you went to silver at any point during the past two years
    then that is why you are showing a 1 and not a 2.

    Also, I've done everything I possibly could to fix it. Including unplugging my Xbox, clearing cache, redownloading profile, adding gold, and going silver.

    Hey there man!



    There has been a new update regarding tenure, of which basically is if you have had a XboxLIVE account for 3 years for example, but only had gold membership for 2 years, your tenure will be set to 2. However, there is also an issue about this. You can review
    the forum thread updates regarding this issue

    "Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time
    has finished.

    For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag."
