Still wont work

Discus and support Still wont work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just bought my Xbox one and downloaded ESOTU and MKX.     Still wont work


    I just bought my Xbox one and downloaded ESOTU and MKX. When I try to launch any other app like Netflix or Xbox Market, It tells me The item Appears corrupt and gives me Error code 0x80070570, after giving it a hard restart, I turn it back on and
    it pops the Xbox One logo then goes to a blank screen but still turned on

    Console still wont work...

    Slight update: I tried to delete my DataBat character thinking there was just some kind of conflict with the email addresses causing all of this...when I did, the character was gone but the other profiles were listed as corrupt. I reset the console and it
    suddenly got very hot and started making a loud whirring noise. The console isn't anywhere it can over heat (it has a shelf all by itself)

    Console still wont work...

    Its never gotten a red ring and there is no hard drive in it. I've tried updating with a thumb drive (and a CD)

    Also I think it is but I'm not sure. My other username, DataBat, is connected to xbox live...I'm assuming there was some kind of registration error? Will I have to delete it?

    Console still wont work...

    I tried to fiddle with it again this morning. The system DOES start up normally without the kinect but doing things that require being connected to xbox live wont work. And when I try to get into my memory storage it still freezes up kinda.

    Hi Minute

    That static looks like a problem with the console, has this console ever given you the 3 red ring error?

    If you can remove your hard drive and test the updates with a USB thumb drive instead.

    support.xbox.com/.../usb-flash-drive

    See if that fixes your update problem with Kinnect.

    As for logging in with your xbox live address, is this MinuteShark profile linked to the same email as your other account?
