Still won't let me bank my points after 1 year of problems

it's been a whole year without being able to bank any my points that I have accumulated from purchases. I've gone back and forth on this forum multiple times without success. For the love of god actually sort out this problem please

Can't buy MS points

also having this problem, but it allowed me to buy 500 microsoft points twice so I now have 1000 ms points but it won't let me do it a third? and all my bank information is fine :s

Suspended due to a problem with payment option

My last bill was August 1, for the $60 1 year renewal. And up until now there have been no problems. The credit card bill for august was paid with no problems or irregularities. So why am I just now finding out there is a problem? It also won't let me select
a different payment option such as my debit card and my paypal account.

Our accounts payable team is still working on your deposit issue. Since the billable account database containing your information is not properly communicating where you would like your deposit, we cannot complete the process. While they are making progress
on this issue (for example, your deposit on December 21st was a result of their efforts), they have still not been able to provide us with an estimate on when to expect a more permanent solution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

the problem with bank is they only ask 1 question and if you do not get it right they won't let you in

you would know that in verificiation phonecalls you have to answer multiple questions and it takes a human to decide if you got them right

the bank still requires verification on telephone banking

iv'e had this problem for a week now, my billing information is correct but it still won't let me buy ms points.

No, didn't work. Still not able to get a new subscription. I looked at my bank account and it was renewed last last year in May. There is no charge this year for Xbox Live on there, yet my Xbox says I have a Gold subscription and won't let me get one for
my account. And it's always automatically recurred by itself, I've never had this issue in the past.
