    despite the services saying up and running , my console still does not connect to services,

    you you need to change it back to showing limited services as I'm not the only person still not connected

    also refreshing /clearing Mac address does not work for me either ,

    i ai am currently stuck offline

    Additional authentication needed as if alternate mac

    hey every time I go to connect my Xbox one to Xbox live it won't connect and says additional authentication needed enter alternate MAC address as I enter it it still won't connect I need help

    I am getting the teredo crap after todays "Fix" and cant get play any of my games either.

    Have any of you by chance that has been having this sign in issue tried it on another network? Such as a friends house? I just purchased an Xbox One and after setup I could never add an account due to never connecting to the services even though it showed
    I was connected to the internet.

    I just tested my console which we thought was faulty, on another network and it connected flawlessly. Just wondering if I am having the same issue most others are having or if it's something more specific to my own home.

    I've still got the same error. And just to confirm some troubleshooting I've already done, I have tested another network and another router including wired/wireless. The connection tests say it's fine but service is still unavailable.

    In addition to this, the cod advanced warfare that I started downloading previously before the issues is STILL downloading. It has gone from 72% to 94% when I last checked so it's definitely connected, just can't see my pins or access any games that need
    internet or the xbox store.

    Me and my brother on xb1 his is connecting fine my won't connect. I tried using my phone as a Wi-Fi hot spot as that's what i normally do and it still won't connect to anything.
