Still waiting....

I'm also still waiting for download tokens/codes/whatever for gears of war 2,3,judgment. We got Xbox one for xmas, played game on Xbox live on December 28 or 29 with other players even. Doing this before December 31 was the requirement. I did buy Xbox
live gold for this. The game forums say they sent out the last batch on January 8-- does that mean I missed something, or they just need more time to get to me/us? Because there are a LOT of us on the forum who thought they meant, that's it. My gamer tag is

soooo.... When should I expect an actual answer? This is why we bought an Xbox one, and now more than 2 months later, I still have no answers. This is not an answer. Someone please let me know who is making this decision and when. I met the requirements,
and it's been longer than 6-8 weeks. I am now REALLY worried that I am getting ***, and that's crap. Gamer tag is . Would appreciate a timely, actual answer this time, or someone live to contact.
