    Hello Xbox Enforcement Team, I posted over a week ago in regards to an account suspension under my name which my 8 year old son uses. I'm still waiting to hear from you! I was told by someone at Microsoft that you would respond the post via a private email! You
    have suspended this account for 6 months with no explanation as to what has actually happened. According your website I don't even have any rights to appeal this decision. I am also disgusted that I cant even speak to anyone at Microsoft about this. I would
    like an explanation and and the right to appeal this suspension. I hope that you can respond to his otherwise I will consider switching to Playstation and an Apple PC! Such Poor customer service Xbox!!!!

    I know how to get free DLC's. I want it to be stopped and I want compensated.

    There is actually a way to get DLC's for free. I'm still waiting to hear from Microsoft...

    The enforcement team do not use the forums & will not respond via private email.

    Not sure who told you that but they are incorrect.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account explaining why it was suspended at the time.

    Suspensions are never 6 months in length so it either isn't suspended & the problem is something else or the account is permanently banned.

    No one on the forums can tell you if your sons account is suspended or not,you can log onto the enforcement site to check & file for a case review
