still waiting on rewards

how is it that for preorder rewards it clearly shows i preordered mafia 3,final fantasy 15,and dragonball xenoverse 2 but i magically cant get rewarded nor can I get a response from you guys and if i call Xbox support i must contact you. i have tweeted and
posted on here several times and still no answer i even have open ticket for this but i get nothing in return for my support of Xbox
