I have been waiting for my rewards to post since Dec 19th

I have been waiting for my rewards credits to post since December 19th, Instead they are still pending. When will I receive them.

Xbox Game Pass Paid - But is Pending on Xbox !

Game Pass charged my Credit Card on July 11th. Microsoft site says it is still a "pending" charge... It is now the 19th....

If you have at least 5,000 pending from the 19th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last pending Credit event that triggered the 5000 pending Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 19th of last month, your Credits will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month.
