Reward Points Missing

I purchased 2 years of Xbox live and was supposed to recieve 200 reward points for each year purchsed. I have been waiting for months and contacted support several times. I still have not recieved my points. What do I do to get the reward points I am entitled
to?

I have the same issue ... renewed my xbox live membership for 13 months and purchased points and still waiting for reward points ... surely it cannot be that long ... it should be automatic ... are you sure it takes that long?

I'm still waiting on my Xbox quest reward as well. Quest ended in October and it's been over a month.

I have just had a look at my Rewards Pahe and 12 Month Gold is still available for me, this was via the Rewards Website

Support will check into your freedom rewards and gems issues, but VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too earlier to see credits pending for October purchases.
