Still waiting on my $10 Xbox gift card from promotion.

hello, i bought gold during the promotion where id receive a free $10 gift card when i buy gold. i bought it on the 4th, contacted xbox support on the 17th and was told id have it by the end of the 10th business day. its now the 25th (15th business day)
and still nothing so i contacted support AGAIN and was told to contact someone on here to get it resolved.

$10 Promotion Gift Card for purchasing Gold

I did not receive my $10 Gift Card from the promotion once I bought the Gold. I bought Gold through the promotion and that was on February 12th. I was wondering what I will have to do to receive the $10 Gift Card.

OK did you buy the promotion or did you use a prepaid code

If you used a prepaid code you didn't buy the promotion

Prepaid codes are previous purchases as the terms were set when you purchased the code not when you redeemed it

If you bought it with a payment option the typical wait period is actually 4-6 weeks after the promotions end
