Still waiting for Xbox One controller.

My replacement controller still hasn't arrived. I sent it off on the 28th of October and it got delivered on the 3rd of November. I don't know what's taking so long. I decided to call Microsoft Support this afternoon and William told me that I should call
UPS for a return tracking number. I called UPS and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot provide me with any tracking number, the tracking number that I had was only for the controller I sent off not the replacement controller. She told me to call
back Microsoft Support and ask for a tracking number or for a situation report. I call Microsoft Support again, Carl tells me Royal Mail should send out a tracking for my replacement controller?! I asked how does this work, Royal Mail goes around giving out
tracking numbers? He took back what he said and he said we don't provide you with any tracking number for the replacement parcel. He said I should call back once the 20 working days are up.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday. I told him I missed out on the launch of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and Halo the MCC is coming out tomorrow and I wanted to download that digitally as well. I'm missing out when all my friends are playing online. I'm
still paying for Xbox Live I have been unable to download this months free Games and unable to play anything since my Xbox does not work without a controller.

The Customer Support worker also told me I wasn't missing out on anything and I shouldn't worry because when Advanced Warfare came out the servers were struggling with the downloads and there were all kinds of problems, so I've not missed out on much. He
said tomorrow when Halo launches, the same problems will probably occur and I won't miss out on much. I should be getting my controller soon don't worry about it. I don't even understand how he is allowed to talk bad about the Xbox Live servers etc.

Long story short. I'm extremely frustrated that my controller is still not here with me. I've got mental problems and Xbox helps to calm me down and distract myself from having a panic attack for example. I just want to be able to play again, I don't get
why it takes so long to deliver a controller. I could not show of my games on my birthday to some family members who live far away and only visit once a year.

You can suggest microsoft to get this two forward in backwards

Yeah, I already voted, but until now I see Just a few good games in backwards, because of that, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting ...

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues getting your controller back. A tracking number should have been sent to your email associated with the gamertag. Please double check your junk/spam folders. You can also check the Repair Page to see the status
of the return.
