Still Waiting for someone to look into my problem

I've been waiting for my Xbox live rewards points and VIP status for a ridiculous amount of time and still haven't received them.I've spoken to customer service multiple times as well and have received no help.It's exhausting.Makes me not want to deal with
xbox anymore.And I keep getting links to the same things I already know about but not getting actually help with my account.

2 x 5000 points not received

I used 500 of my VIP gems to claim for 2 x 5000 rewards points, I'm still waiting for them to appear. It's been well over 96 hours so could someone look into this please?

As stated in your previous post (I have not received any rewards or points over the last few years?), since you have not earned your first MyVIP star or completed
any offers, you have not earned any Credits. If you are asking about your deposit for your recent Vault Credit claim, from the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

There were no offers to receive 15$ just for that game. There is the games on demand punchcard that will award 15$ if you preorder 3 eligible games. The credits will be given after all 3 games are released.

Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over
