Still waiting for Rare Replay and E3 Mixpot Codes

I've spoken with Xbox Telephone Support today who have issued codes I should have received for all Gamescom Mixer DLC and the FH3 Warthog and Final Station games from E3.

However, they said they cannot issue Rare Replay or E3 Mixpot codes because they have run out and provided an address to make a complaint.

I then spoken to your Webchat agent who advised it's not because you have run out of codes, it's because the promotion has ended, so suggested I post here.

So - if the promotion has ended why can you still give two of the codes from E3 out, nowhere on the official blog release does it say the promotion has an end date (From the Myxer - Community) this is non-sense. Can
I have my Mixpot and Rare Replay codes please.

I qualified for these incentives/items and I shouldn't have to spend 3 hours trying to get them, followed by submitting complaints to get what should've been automatic. I followed the instructions and qualified for the items.

I will be submitted a formal complaint in addition to this post.

NEVER RECEIVED MY E3 MIXPOT

hi

i watched all live coverage on mixer during the E3, i waited and waited and never got my e3 mixpot for watching the live E3 coverage on mixer, even though i watched most of them on numerous days during the whole E3 2017

LEt me know if there is a way to get them, i was mostly waiting for the RARE REPLAY

not receiving promised mixpot free games even after viewing e3 via mixer...been a week already

watched the e3 2017 event via mixer on my xbox one s...but didn't receive the free mixpot games...rare replay and all
