Still waiting for Quantum Break Windows 10 code

Hey, I went through Xbox Support, and was directed here, and told to answer these questions. I am still waiting on my W10 code of Quantum Break.

Promotion Details: Was it a subscription purchase? How many months? Was it at a discounted rate? Did you have to purchase certain games?

I bought this game full price, and redeemed the code through the Xbox Store.

Date of Purchase: The day you purchased the subscription or promotional items

April 3rd


Promo Item(s): The game, games, points or Live time you have not yet received
I redeemed the code, and asked multiple times if I was eligible for the code, and was told yes. Was also told I should have recieved my code by today.

My purchase of the quantum break for xbox preorder was verified by Michelle at customer service. I am still waiting to receive the windows 10 code for Quantum Break.. Thank you

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that.

I was told multiple times that I should receive my code before April 10th though? I was told this by the Microsoft Store, Xbox Support etc. They redirected me here telling me that it should be possible to force the code through? I'm slightly concerned that
my code will not come at all.

 

Unfortunately there is no way to speed up the process. If you do not get the code by the 7-10 day period after the game launch, you can post here again and Support will help you sort it out. Anytime before that and they will likely tell you to continue to
wait. Sorry.

 

I'm not even sure if i got the code as i was only able to pre order on the 4th......

 

Pre-ordered on the 16th of Feb, still no codes - checked e-mail, checked Xbox Messages, also checked Windows 10 Store.

 

Still waiting on quantum break pc code haven't received it plz massage me back

 

So are they being rolled out slowly to save on server load or something? I don't know anyone who had received a code yet.

I'm not outraged if that's all it is. But I suspect that people in general would feel a bit less anxious if there was more transparency with these sorts of things.

As bowski477 mentioned, all codes will be delivered 7-10 days after the release of Quantum Break. If you do not get your codes by the 10 day mark (4/15/16), please post up a new thread on 4/16/16 letting us know!
