    Been waiting for months for my points to be deposites in my Account. Last time i asked it was suppossed to be antes error cause i changed my región. Now everyone Is un The right región and still nothing.

    Why is it taking so long for microsoft to fix the problem with the rewards. I have over 11,000. that I would like to use for games and movies. I WOULD LIKE MY DEPOSITS PLEASE.

    Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

    Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over

    Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.

    Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.
