    Still waiting for free 3 month Groove pass code from August promotion


    Looks like the promo is running again. I signed up during the last promo, around August 16 from my Xbox One, if that helps. Never got the 3 month free code that was part of the promotion. I've made 3 forum posts and chatted with support twice. The first
    forum post I did get a code, around 9/21, it never worked. I found out from a support chat that it had expired before it was sent to me. I was told to create a new forum post by support chat. I did and never heard anything back. I saw the promo again along
    with the Black Friday sale, so maybe I could get one of those codes. Thank you in advance.

    Good day, I am posting since I have yet to receive my code for 3 free months of the Groove Music Pass, which was promoted up until August 17th. As per the earlier post,

    Promotion Details: Sign up for Groove Music Pass by August 17, 2016 and get a 3 month code. (4 months free for brand new users but I had previously utilized a free trial so I paid for the first month)

    Date of Purchase: As per my billing history, I signed up for Groove Music Pass on August 6, 2016

    Promo Item(s): I have not yet received the 3 month promotional code for this purchase.

    never got 3 months of groove music

    it's September first and I was supposed to receive a code by august 30th for 3 free months of groove music pass for signing up during the july promotion but I never got it
