Still waiting for Forza Horizon 2 Code from Gamerscore Promotion (2015)

Hello Community,

i got a little Problem. Last Year was a Promotion to get a coupon form the own Gamerscore to get a discount to buy a new XBOX One. I gave this Coupon my friend and he used ist. But he gave the Console back und get the money back, because the console was
faulty. Now i aksed the Support, if i get the Forza Horizon 2 Code as a reward, even tough my friend gave the console back.

They just say, i must wait and references me to the forum.

Can someone help me? I´m waiting for two months and contacted the support a few times, with no result :-/

The offer was gamerscore.
