STILL WAITING 12 DAYS LATER.

12 days later after my suspension ended and I still can't talk in party chat, still can't send voice messages and keep getting, "we're working on it."

This is absolutely unbelievable that a company has no problem suspending you, never has issues taking your money, but the second you need help with an issue that doesn't involve money - even though it does as I pay to use xbox live - they're scrambled for
words and can't help.

Unreal.

Just odd why every friend of mine that has been invited has gotten the invite within 48 hours, yet I'm still waiting 12 days later?

Sneaky, look at it this way - because you decided not to follow the rules in the 1st place, you've had a negative effect on other players who then may decide that they don't like the Xbox Live community and then as a result of what you did, they make the
decision to leave the service, which costs MS money. So to prevent that from happening en masse, they put the rules in place so everyone knows their expectations of how to use their service, and for those of you who don't follow them, they take action to limit
what you can do or even remove you altoghether despite the fact that they know it'll cost them - and they do this because they know it'll cost them a lot less than how many people you could otherwise affect negatively in the long run. They're basically taking
the lesser of 2 evils for the betterment of the Xbox Live service as a whole.

That being said, I hope you've learned your lesson, and if so, your punishment gets lifted soon. Otherwise, until then, if you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you (re)read the Xbox Live Terms of Use and Code of Conduct, both of which can be found
in links at the very bottom of this (and every other xbox.com) webpage to familiarize yourself with what's expected of you to prevent this kind of thing from happening to you again in the future. Be the bright side of what Xbox Live has to offer, not the blemish.

 

You might get days added to your account for interrupted service. Try to relax online, you don't want to get your GT banned.
