    Still Unable to Purchase Anything.


    For three weeks now I haven't been able to purchase Xbox Live from a credit card or a pre paid card. I talked to support and they escalated my problem. I got an email from the escalation team saying that they have looked into my problem. I was happy that
    maybe the problem was finally fixed. It wasn't. The email says my problem was because of the new security proofs, then it just explains what the security proofs are and that's the end of the email. I have security proofs already, so I'm not really sure what
    to do at this point. I'm still locked out of buying Xbox Live and I've waited patiently for to long.

    Hello Nighthawk II,

    I would recommend removing all your Credit Cards. This can be done through the Xbox: settings, Account, Manage Payment options. After that, please contact your Bank to make sure there is nothing blocking Xbox charges. Once you have done that can you please
    clear your system cache 3 times: settings, system, storage, hover over the Hard-drive and click (Y). Also, please go to the Hard Drive and go to the file System Items and delete Market Place data. Finally, please restart your Xbox and re-add the cards to buy
    a Itam from the Market Place store.
