    Still Unable To Play


    I am still unable to play the game after 2 chat sessions with Microsoft answer tech's (Update is we are looking into it) and all the different ways to troubleshoot in.

    I launch the game with the 4.3 gig update, game loads to the Turn 10 Studios logo and then crashes everytime.

    I've tried: Disc copy install, Digital copy install, hard reset, reinstall x5, offline reinstall, confirmed internet connection, signed in on a different user name.

    Anyone else not able to play the game still? Any other troubleshooting ideas?

    Unplug your router and try again if not your nat type is still strict. You will have to turn put your xbox in front of your firewall in your routers settings
