Still unable to play multiplayer games

Unplug your router and try again if not your nat type is still strict. You will have to turn put your xbox in front of your firewall in your routers settings

I have reset everything and still am unable to play multiplayer

Im certain we still have our subscription. My little brother makes use of it daily lol. I am unable to play multiplayer games. As I said in my original post, when I attempt to play multiplayer games I am prompted to purchase Xbox Live Gold.

It says Connection Error: "Unable to connect to xbox live. Please try again later." Yet i am still able to play other multiplayer games like RE6, BO2 and others...
