Still unable to deposit funds

I have been receiving emails saying that my xbox live rewards are unable to deposit funds to my account for several months. I previously posted this issue here and someone responded and said it was an internal error on Microsoft and would need to be fixed.
That was months ago. Is this ever going to be fixed???

Xbox Live Rewards points not being deposited

Hi There!

I have 52,983 points waiting to be deposited as currency into my XBL account but it won't allow me to manually do the deposit. Is there any way to expedite this process to be able to use these funds toward a game this weekend? I
thought it was going to deposit the funds by the 1st of March but it still hasn't done so.

Unfortunately, at the time of this post, we have not yet received a resolution for this issue. Since the error causing your billable account information to not be communicated to our deposit is being caused by a database that is not within our control, we
