    Still unable to deposit funds


    I have been receiving emails saying that my xbox live rewards are unable to deposit funds to my account for several months. I previously posted this issue here and someone responded and said it was an internal error on Microsoft and would need to be fixed.
    That was months ago. Is this ever going to be fixed???

    Unfortunately, at the time of this post, we have not yet received a resolution for this issue. Since the error causing your billable account information to not be communicated to our deposit is being caused by a database that is not within our control, we
    must rely on the team tasked to this error to provide their solution for the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.
