Still unable to chat or message.

It's been well over a month, there are no enforcement actions on my account yet I am still unable to chat or message. There is nothing against my account, and the old one must have not been correctly removed.

Party Chat Not Working

Hey all,

Just signed up as I got my xbox one today. Loving it so far.

However has anyone figured Party chat yet? I can start a party and join the chat, but no one else in that party can.

additionally if i join a party I'm unable to join the chat and get the message "Party chat cannot be started at this time"

Any Ideas?

Comm Ban Conclusion after Effects

OK so I got a communications ban last month which ended this month. I checked my enforcement history to be sure and it appears that my suspension has indeed ended. However I am still unable to speak or hear in parties, game chat and unable to send messages.
Am I still banned and the enforcement history just not acknowledging it? Is this a glitch? Am I misunderstanding something?

and make sure you reset the backup email and phone number, then restart console and try again.

 

Go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account
look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.
