    i was invited to the xbox one update oreview and i cant enter the preview forums

    Hey there folks,

    Everyone in this thread should now be able to get into the forums they're supposed to.

    If you have feedback for the Preview Program, please post in the Xbox One Update Preview Forum.

    If you're still having issues accessing that forum, please try posting in the Accessing Preview Forum in our Registration Support Forums.

    If you are still unable to access any of those links, please send me a PM and we can look further into getting you proper access.

    Suddenly unable to access Xbox One Preview forums - please help!

    Same problem for me. Once the forums were updated, I'm still in the preview program but unable to access the preview forums. Seems like no help is available for this.

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums
