STILL still waiting....

So I got this polite response about still waiting for gears of war 2,3, and judgment free downloads by playing it on xboxlive gold before dec 31 (which I did ): We've passed your information along to the proper teams. They will investigate your eligibility
for this offer and, if you qualify, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details.

soooo.... When should I expect an actual answer? This is why we bought an Xbox one, and now more than 2 months later, I still have no answers. This is not an answer. Someone please let me know who is making this decision and when. I met the requirements,
and it's been longer than 6-8 weeks. I am now REALLY worried that I am getting ***, and that's crap. Gamer tag is . Would appreciate a timely, actual answer this time, or someone live to contact.

I figure they're probably getting people signed up for the beta and will push it to consoles after all the signups have been finished.

Mines same I've checked emails and booted up box out nothing anyone know if we need to do anything or if the beta is being released on a set date like game beta tests?
