    STILL service issues?? Hmm...


    Lately, and this weekend especually, sergice issues have ruined my gaming. Over the phone I was told by multiple xbox live customer service representatives that until Microsoft felt compensation was appropriate nothing would happen and our call was terminated.
    At what point is it time to give everyone an account credit with now this entire weekend ending up as a wash for playing with friends. If you work full time like I do, your few days off are a rare treat when you're able to fill them with gaming. This weekend
    though, i haven't been able to play but maybe an hour or so and I know these issues were not unique to me. This is also not the first time my plans have been all but ruined by Microsoft Live not fulfilling their end of the bargain. I mean we pay good money,
    in my case for the last decade, to keep these services up to date and ready to play 24/7, though lately it seems you pay more than ever for the least quality services in the history of my time as part of this online gaming community we all have grown to love.

    Another issue for me? Spam and fake accounts messaging me and inviting me to parties that are solicitors and phishing scams. These securities we pay for should weed these things out, but this is just another example of Xbox live Cimmunity members paying
    premium prices for less than adequate services. I hope.this post is not pushed under the rug because it speaks negatively on your services. I feel accountability is necessary when representing to the customer the services they are charging for, and in this
    case the only reliability we can count on is to be disappointed. That, to me, is an unjustice.

    Also, this is the only way I was able to voice my opinion. I tried multiple times over the phone, with no success.

    Hopefully our voice is heard, fellow disappointed Gamers. We deserve premium services for premium pricing, like the community we all grew up with.

    STILL service issues?? Hmm...

    This is so very true. Sundays are the rare day all of my friends can play in a group (getting old, you know?), but it seems that Microsoft, with all its technology and funding, cannot keep the servers up on Sundays. Ugh

    This is so very true. Sundays are the rare day all of my friends can play in a group (getting old, you know?), but it seems that Microsoft, with all its technology and funding, cannot keep the servers up on Sundays. Ugh

    They don`t, i have been pointing out hackers for years.

    You will however get banned for sending them messages threatening to report them.
