I used the link before my first post here. It leads me into a faq that doesn't helps. if i click on contact it guides me here or back into the faq loop. no email no nothing. And yes i have a creditcard registered

If i go for payment problems every next option leads me to a faq

there was always a live chat or phone nr.

I dont have the see other options part. Only payment problems, subscription and password and security

Hello Swiss,

Here is a guide for requesting a call from support. I just tried and it takes you to chat or request a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello Swiss,

Follow these steps to request a callback from Xbox support :

Click Here to Contact Us
Select "Billing and Accounts" on Step 1
Select "See other options" on Step 2, and then select
"Payment & Billing"
Select "Show contact options" on Step 3

From here you will have the option to select "Request a call from support". Hope this helps!
