    Still Pending?!?!?!?!


    I had placed an order for an Xbox and a controller through the Microsoft store on August 22nd with a 2-3 day estimated delivery period. I received the controller within the time period, but the Xbox is still showing up as pending
    in my order status. I called the support line and was told that they could not give me any estimated time of delivery, only that it was on back order! I specifically chose the item I ordered because it was not showing as back-ordered when I placed the order!
    I have reviewed many other unsatisfied customers' comments that have very similar situations associated. I would like to think that an organization as large as Microsoft would be able to get their inventory straight if they are going to have a store. I am
    beyond frustrated at this point and have yet to hear any updates on when, or if, my order will be shipped! If this is how ordering from Microsoft is going to work, I would highly recommend against it and use ANYONE other than them! Feeling... the opposite
    of happy!

    Still on pending?

    If you are accepted it'll probably when the next preview update for whatever ring you are put in is released.

    You'll be in ring 4 I would think.

    So possibly not for a while yet as there's no new preview updates at the moment.

    Eta was on the only email i got.

    Money was still not taken out of my account.

    was suposed to be 2-3days expedited shipping according to the website.

    Is the ETA just on that original order number, or in the email from your purchase? Trying to understand where that comes from.
