    Still over a year (18 months), no deposit!


    I would have replied to XboxSupport8 in the last topic, but your position of locking every answer instead of allowing time to respond precludes that. You asked for "patience" as the issue is caused by a database outside of Microsoft's
    control. Who has access to our information, and why has it taken over a year and a half to get this resolved? I work in IT, and if I said "they're working on it, be patient" as an answer for 1 month, let alone over 18, I would have been fired.

    Who can we contact regarding this issue, because no offense, "please be patient" isn't cutting it. Perhaps since this issue affects enough of us, it could be considered a class-action worthy issue.

    Y'all rip off because y'all not giving my rewards point when preoder games at the market place

    They're not going to do anything.

    I'm in the same boat, no deposites for nearly 18 months now, same response about "internal problem" and the mythical "other team" for over a year, same as everyone else.

    Over a year, still no rewards deposits!

    i myself havent received 141,850 credits spanning over the last 3 1/2 years. Maybe its time we all get together and file a lawsuit because the forum shows many people are experiencing the same thing. We spend our hard earned money and the little light at
    the end of the tunnel(credits)has deminished. Thats $150 just on my account, i imagine with all the people they are doing it to they should have enough money to get sued!

    We lock threads as posts can be buried quickly, causing users to unable to find posts that they respond multiple times to.

    The billing database is not under the control of the Rewards program. Since this database contains vast amounts of private information, we do not have access to that data, and must rely on the associated teams to provide their resolution for this issue.
