    whoevet messed up my account needs to fix this they said the suspension has been lifted yet still can't join parties or send messages or play with friends and I haven't heard from them last night so somebody needs to help me

    Hey there, I suggest posting at the following link as they should be able to tell you if the suspension is still active on the account:

    forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx

    Though you could also check your email to see if the same information is in there, also take note that it might not be related to your time zone, so if you're like me and ahead of the US you might have to wait until their time zone reaches the suspension
    end date and time.

    They rarely ever respond in that forum and they never send emails to me

    If you get suspended they always send an email to the address associated with your gamertag, make sure to check the spam folders. Also that link is the only place you'll get an official response, no one will comment on the suspension here.
