    I have not been able to play almost all of September. This has been ongoing way too long. I'm done. Will find a sudoku game elsewhere to play. Very, very disappointed how little interest is taken in player feedback. Arkadium needs to go! Jigsaw has been
    erratic for months also.

    Yeah. I have the same problem in the premium edition. Plus, it took forever to get to the page with the downloads. I've had the puzzles I own not show before but in the past I could just click on the downloadable collections and re-download them. They recognized
    I already owned them Today, It just pops an info message saying that there are no new puzzles. Very weird! Since there is no support for the games I don't see a way out.

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and since today is a holiday they most likely won't be around. They'll respond to you during the week.

    Hey there MadMaddiesDaddy,

    The way the tenure works is with the total time with paid (not trial) Xbox Live Gold status. It's not based on when the account started. If you check on
    commerce.microsoft.com and add up your months with an Xbox Live Gold subscription does that equal out to 6 years?
