    Still not recieving xbox rewards after 3 years


    Hello,

    I dont hold out much hope seeing as this is the 3rd or 4th time ive posted on this forum, but since signing up for the xbox live rewards program I am yet to receive a single reward earnt via online purchases. I am lucky enough to constantly receive the emails
    telling me about all the great rewards that im missing though.

    I really would like someone to associate my account properly and sort this out. Please do email me if you need more information as tracking posts down after they're made on here is exceptionally difficult.

    I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

    please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.

    Hello Lionoz,

    We do not see any previous posts with this gamertag on the support forum. Please post on the Xbox Live Reward Questions with a support type post for Xbox Live Rewards support.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. Since your purchases have not completed any offers, either, you have not earned any Credits. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Ive been on Live for 10 years now, never recieved a discount for tenure but xbox rewards used to offer discount for gamerscore milestones which was pretty cool.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
