    it's been more than 4 months since i last asked you to solve this issue, still not recieving rewarads...

    Hello ZenZombie117,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits, like your deposit a few months ago, at the
    current time we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, the team working on your deposit issue has not yet provided a resolution for the problem. While they are making progress on the data error, they have not yet told us when to expect a fix for the users affected by this issue. We apologize for
