    I previously posted about problems with registering points after i changed to a new email address for account and was informed that future purchases would be shown in my rewards account. 5 months has passed and I still receive 0 points every month even after
    purchasing on a regular basis.

    Any Help

    Hello over the last few months I have bought a few games and rented some movies off xbox live. I checked my xbox rewards account today and the only points I have earned was from a survey I took back in September.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    This is why your November purchases were only recently Rewarded.

    Hello Lord L Plumtree,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    hey, thanks for the response, only thing is im not sure of the amount of points there were with it, but yes i have checked all accounts, and all junk, trash, etc folders, and have never received an email with a redemption code

    Hey there Sheep! I understand you are missing some points you earned purchasing a promotion. How many points were advertised with this promotion? Also, just to cover the bases, have you checked both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences)
