    I have Still not received windows 10 code and Alan wake code for pre-ordering Quantum break. I have even contacted Xbox support four times and all said the same thing which was that I should wait but i have still not received anything yet.

    I still haven't received my Alan Wake code for pre-ordering Quantum Break. I have received the American Nightmare code and the Quantum Break windows 10 code.

    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

    They are aware of the issue and working to get it resolved. Really the only thing that they can say is wait because they can't issue them until the problem is resolved.

    where are you getting this info from? Did some one at microsoft tell you that? and you got a source for it? i see you saying this everywhere but have yet to see any proof
