    Am still not receiving deposit requests

    There some generic statement on rewards page stating that the a problem outside of there service or something and another team are working on it but they cannot give a date to when it will be resolved

    This has been going on for ages ? Surely it carnt be that hard to fix that it takes near on a year to still not resolve ?

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

    They're still doing deposits through the end of the month. So unless you've gotten an email about an issue with your account, you will still receive a deposit.

    i click on ealy depost and it said it will be there on the 29/12/16 and now it says 11/1/17 PLZ FIX

    The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 29th. So if you requested a deposit for that date, you should still receive
    a deposit on that date.

    Hello LGN ElderBrujah,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
    this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
