    I had an email saying I should reach out to you guys. I have had some issues with the xBox live stuff. I don't have the option to request a deposit for my reward points. Can you sort it out for me please.

    Still not quite sure

    Second hand games policy was stripped a while back, it is the same as the 360 now. No backwards compatibility is the same for both the Xbox one and the ps4 so I would recommend just keeping your Xbox 360 console to play old games?

    Still not quite sure

    Well I'm still undecided about the X1 so I will wait until E3 and then make my final decision,but I was not that impressed with it it is NOT a games console but an entertainment box. I am a pure gamer and that is what rocks my socks and all
    this not backward compatible and not pre owned or secondhand still need to get so much clarified yet but this may be the first time I don't buy an Xbox. The price is a bit high too pre orders are for £399.99 yet so will hold back on decision until all is revealed.

    Still not quite right!

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and since today is a holiday they most likely won't be around. They'll respond to you during the week.
