    Still not opening


    Greetings, I have been unable to open my purchased Microsoft Jigsaw game since November 2017. What changed? How can I fix this?

    Unable to access preview forum for preview support

    Been a preview member for over a year and I still see "Group not found" when opening preview forums.

    I can't speak on behalf of Microsoft or Xbox, but if you can still sign up... I'm guessing it's still open. You'll just have to wait until more keys are released.

    If your whole network is slow I would think about contacting my ISP (Internet Service Provider) If you don't know what a ISP is they are company's like Insight,Time Warner Cable,AT&T,Directv. People who you pay for your internet. If this does not work try
    contacting Microsoft by calling 1800-4MYXBOX or chat with a XBOX representative by going to

    open nat, still lagging

    Open NAT dosent effect you while your online in a game, the best bet is to make sure the console is wired or close to the modem and try reseting your internet connection, also make sure the search preferences on the actual game is set to "Local"

    Paperjoex2, I read a few FAQ/Help me's and all of them said to disable UPnP. The guide you posted says to enable. So I tried that and it seems to be fine now.

    Working - Cisco E1000 - UPnP Enabled
