still not got a refund

This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and ive spoken to 4 different people about it.

It started when I bought xbox live but the next day it was suddenly gone.

conversation with person 1: because I turned off automatic renewal I had automatically cancelled the sub, something that has never happened to me before. he reassured me that xbox would not be taking the money out. So I used a different card to sub no problem.

But guess what? I got charged.

Conversation with person 2: They saw the issue and issued me a refund. he said it would take 5 working days.

2 weeks later still no refund.

Conversation with person 3: it has been processed their end, to the correct card and I should visit the bank.

visited the bank, nothing pending for xbox live.

conversation with person 4: they basically said that maybe it ruled it out because I bought it again. I used a different card so that isn't possible. I sent them a copy of my bank statement so they could see I have not got it. their reply was to wait till
I get my next statement in case it wasn't showing up yet.

my bank statement is up to date as it was from online and after visiting the bank, they told me it is up to date and have assured me nothing for xbox is pending to come in or out. I have seen the screen so I know this.

I'm getting so angry about something that shouldn't take so long to sort out. advice would be appreciated as if not I'm going to have to take it further.

Been Unlucky Twice With Shoptonet Recently

I've still not got my refund, nor had any contact from them. What an absolute pee take.

 

I got a refund.

I have refunded but the money is still not returned. When is the average refund possible?
