    I see you gave me credit for my bingos from two days ago. I played again today in Thailand, winning 48 bingos and 8 Power Bingos, which I am not getting credited to my account for. Should you please get my account up to date. Thank you!

    Bingos not going to my Accounjt

    I have played 10 games of bingo, in which I won 16 bingos. I then played another 6 games, in which I won another 20 bingos. I played 3 more games, in which I won another 5 bingos. I look at my account of bingos I have won and I am credited for 3 of the
    last 5 I won. What's up with that? I keep getting shorted on the bingos I win. Also I have won a collection in months. Are you not giving those out anymore? I still have 28 bingos that I won a couple of weeks ago, that I have not been credited for either.
    PLEASE, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

    Bingo game

    I played 8 Bingo games in Italy (silver) last night winning 10 bingos off the 8 games. Not giving me credit on my account again. Then I change and play 2 bingo games in Tanzania (silver), winning 2 bingos, which you did give me credit for on my account.
    Could you please put my 10 credit on my account. Thank you!

    Since that is not a Rewards program issue, you'll want to try posting in the game's forum for assistance.

    I have posted to the games support for months of this same issue and I am not getting anywhere. So I refuse to play the Bingo game.

    No connection

    This is the only game I can't get connected to. It is not blocked. Cookies are enabled. This is frustrating. Also sometimes the game cheats me out of bingos. It will occasionally only give me 2 out of three or three out of four. Still, my primary frustratiion
    is not being able to get connected to Microsoft Bingo. I cant get to any other game I want to but not this one. Please help.
