Still not getting updates?

ive been a preview member since its launch and have never had trouble getting updates. I even made sure to resub to make sure I would stay in the program. I have not been getting any updates. Last update, supposedly says September 29th but still don't show
any clubs or lfg. Under the "what's new" tab, August is the latest month shown. Even without the preview program, is TBH this update out already? Xbox support has not been able to help me and I'm out of ideas. Thanks

STILL not getting MyRewards

Hello IShadowcasterI,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

STILL not getting MyRewards

I have posted on these forums once before, and yet I still have no solution to my issue. I now get a new message on MyRewards page saying something about my billing information. I know I have NZ and US Billing Info, but not sure of that is the issue. Can
someone please help me, as I am getting sick of this after waiting as long as I have, and the fact that it is obviously a common problem on here is just unacceptable!

Once you have unenrolled you will keep getting updates until they are released to the public, As Raiannon said simply deleting the app will not stop the updates, 1603-160306-1900 is the latest update in preview.

Hi X 0l Sk00l X! You can't just delete the preview program, you have to open the app and unenroll your console. Otherwise, they'll keep coming. Did you unenroll?

Ok so you won't have that particular modem. I use Virgin Media myself but have the so called superhub. Can you get to the dashboard on the console at all ? If so go to settings/system/storage, highlight your storage device and press the following buttons
in sequence on your controller. LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X, select yes on the next screen, this will remove the latest system update, the console will restart and attempt to update again.

It may be worth a shot at simply powering off your modem/router for a minute or so, power on again and try updating.

Hi, which Internet service provider do you use ? Do you have the HT1000 modem by any chance ?
